At ORTC Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new garments aren't quite right, we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, before placing them securely in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
